Courses
Not All Bad offers a number of different courses, all of which are tailored to meet the needs of the sponsoring organisation. Requirements are discussed at time of booking, this ensures you can be confident that we will tailor the session to meet the specific needs of your candidates.
The following are some of qualities we believe we can help people realise;
Self Discipline, Confidence, Teamwork, Leadership, Trust, Honesty, Reliability, Self Respect, Respect for others, Self Pride/Self Worth and Responsibility, Ability to Delegate and Accept Delegation, Determination to Succeed, Time Appreciation, Objectivity.
Each candidate or group will be tested throughout the course and given the opportunity to lead, organise and work as an individual and/or part of a team. On conclusion of the course an appraisal on the candidates performance will be presented to client/finding organisation.
While courses are demanding, they are also great fun with a sense of achievement being earned by all that attend and complete the course.
Sessions are typically one day workshops and three day residential courses but these are by no means inflexible. Duration of the session, like the required outcomes, is bespoke to you and the session can be designedwith all factors taken into consideration.
One day workshops – are usually held at the site of the sponsoring organisation or a suitable area nearby. Not All Bad can provide shelter should only outdoor amenities be available.
Three day courses - are held in tented accommodation at a suitable site agreed between sponsoring organisation and Not All Bad. There are a number of sites around the UK that have proven to be effective but we are very willing to use local resources therefore promoting their existance to your candidates. Courses are given an adventurous feel and generally finish with an outdoor pursuit type activity as a reward.
Three day courses (Secure Establishments) – are usually held in our tented classrooms pitched near a recreational area during the day and the gymnasium at night. All catering requirements can be fulfilled by NAB although in the past establishments agree to provide the raw ingredients to ensure security requirements are not overlooked. Courses are given a slightly military feel and generally finish with a parade, watched by their loved ones, as a reward.
